The final Clé Abhaile Zoom session of the year takes place on Monday December 2 with featured performer, Seán Faulkner, providing a selection from his extensive repertoire grounded in the remarkable Drogheda singing tradition. Seán has been active in the traditional singing and music scene in Drogheda for over fifty years alongside Seán Corcoran, the Voice Squad, Dónal Maguire and the Sunday’s Gate Quartet. A stalwart of the music community centred around the legendary Carbery’s pub, Seán is also an authority on the renowned weaver poet from Drogheda, John Sheil.
